Designed with over-sized bell ends and an extra-long 28.25" length, it engages stabilizer muscles for a challenging workout that mimics real-world functional movements found in strongman competitions. This dumbbell has 10.75" of loadable sleeve length and fits Olympic weight plates 10" in diameter and under with weight retainers to securely hold plates in place.
